How to Apply for PVC Aadhar Card
1. First of all you have to open the official website of Aadhaar, UIDAI.
2. Now after opening the official website of Aadhar card, you have to order Aadhar PVC card by going to My Aadhar section.
3. Here you have to fill the applicant’s 12 digit Aadhaar number or 16 digit Virtual Identification Number or 28 digit Enrollment ID and fill the captcha.
4. If your mobile number is not registered then you need to click on the check box next to ‘My mobile number is not registered’ (My mobile number is not registered). But if your number is already registered, then by clicking on send OTP, fill the OTP received on the mobile and click on submit
5. Here you will get to see the preview of your Aadhar card as you can see in image 5.
6. Here you proceed by clicking on Make Payments.
7. Now you can make payment through any type of payment gateway as per your convenience like Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI etc. You will have to pay a fee of Rs 50 to get this card made.
8. Once the payment is successful, your payment receipt is generated online, which you can download and automatically keep in PDF format.
9. After applying, you get a service request number through SMS. Through which you can check the status of your card till the dispatch. When will the card reach you?
10. After applying, the card takes up to 15 days to reach you.
