WhatsApp users can add a shortcut to any WhatsApp chat on their home screen. If you talk more than any user, then you can create a shortcut to that chat. After adding it to the home screen, you can directly see the message of that user without opening WhatsApp.
If the internet speed is slow or if there are too many group, individual messages, then you can check the chat instant of your favorite users with the help of shortcut feature. You will not need to go to WhatsApp and search for his name also. If you want to delete the shortcut on the home screen, then you have to long press on that icon. After this, you will see the option to remove and tapping on it will delete the shortcut.
Step 1: Open WhatsApp and then tap on the chat of the user you want to add for shortcut on your home screen.
Step 2: Now tap on the three dotted icons shown in the top right corner.
Step 3: Tap on More and click on Add Shortcut. That’s it, now that chat will show you as a shortcut on the home screen.
